Refund policy

You have the option of returning any item ordered to us within 14 days from the date of receipt.
When you return your order, place the item(s) back in their original packaging, unworn, with all accessories.

Any item not returned, returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or in any other condition which would reasonably suggest that it has been used or worn will not be eligible for a refund.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When returning your package, be sure to prepay or select the “customs fees payable by the sender” option. Otherwise, your return will be automatically returned to you.

Exchanges : Due to made to order system, unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges.
If you would like to secure your item, we invite you to submit a new order for the product in the desired size and return the original order/item (within 14 days of receipt) for a full refund.
